現在の研究内容
イネのカドミウムおよびヒ素吸収を低減させる技術の開発を行っている。特に玄米への蓄積に関わる遺伝的・生理的要因を解析し、従来品種よりもカドミウムやヒ素濃度の低い品種の育成を目指している。
